OPTISIGHTUSA™ offers flat rate shipping to most U.S. locations, including military addresses and U.S. territories.
All orders received before 12:00pm EST Monday – Friday are processed within 2 business days of payment verification and are shipped at a flat rate of $7.95. Each additional product adds $3. Orders over $800 are shipped for free. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class, insured.
Please note that on occasion, such as during holiday rush, there may be a slight delay in processing time. Your business is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can.
Review your shipping information carefully before placing your order. We value our customer’s trust and aim to provide the highest level of security possible. In some cases, additional information may be required to process your order. You may be contacted to verify your order information. Your order will be shipped the same day your order information is verified.
Multiple Shipping Addresses / Multiple Packages
To ship to more than one address, please create separate orders. We make every attempt to ship your order complete with minimal excess packaging. However, in some instances your order may arrive in multiple packages.
Return Policy
At OPTISIGHTUSA™ , we do our best to offer the highest quality products to our customers. In the rare instance a return is necessary, please review our return policy terms and conditions below prior to submitting a return claim as it may affect the return.
- In order to ensure quick turn-around for your return, we ask you that obtain a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) from us prior to returning the purchase.
- Customers seeking a full refund on their returned item must ship the item back to OPTISIGHTUSA™ within 30 days of the item’s delivery date.
- Items returned with an RMA should either be: Defective or in New, unused condition. In either case, the original manufacturer’s packaging materials must be present.
- Items will be considered used if:
- The sight has been mounted on a gun.
- Any physical blemishes or damage has occurred, such as scratching or scuffing of the product.
