Limited One-Year Warranty
Subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations outlined below, OptisightUSA, Inc. guarantees its products against defects in materials and workmanship that adversely affect their operation for a period of one (1) year from the date of their original purchase by the initial consumer. This warranty is valid only for sights purchased and used in the United States of America, its territories and possessions, and Puerto Rico.
In the event of a material or workmanship defect, OptisightUSA, Inc. will repair or replace, in its sole discretion, a registered OptiSightUSA product. This warranty does not apply to defects caused by anything which is deemed abnormal, abusive, or otherwise improper, including any damage caused by an accident or any service or repair by any provider other than OptisightUSA, Inc. This warranty specifically applies only to the metal structure of the product and does not apply to the illumination system.
This warranty becomes effective when activated by the original consumer purchaser by completing the Product Registration within 60 (sixty) days of the purchase date. OptisightUSA, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept proof of purchase in lieu of a completed warranty card.

SPECIAL NOTE: Most OptisightUSA PRODUCTS CONTAIN TRITIUM AND ARE REGULATED BY THE NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION. THEY MAY NOT BE DISASSEMBLED BY ANYONE OTHER THAN OptisightUSA, Inc., AND SHOULD BE PROPERLY DISPOSED OF. Any attempt at disassembly or repair will annul this warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
CERAKOTE WARRANTY: Cerakote is a ceramic painting process that is applied over the 3D printed titanium. While it is durable, Cerakote could scratch, dent, and/or chip if care is not taken. As such, the Cerakote paint is not warranted against surface damage.
OptiSightUSA, Inc. DISCLAIMS ANY ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THE FOREGOING, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
